STD Testing – Privacy Policy

All testing information acquired on your behalf by STD Testing Services is confidential and won’t be shared with third parties without your authorization, other than with its partners in the testing process (laboratories, doctors, RSC). All testing results will be examined by our partner physicians then released for your review. STD Testing Services and its partners are required by law to report positive test results for all communicable diseases. In such cases we only report the bare minimum amount of information required by law to your local and State Department of Health. STD Testing Services will not ever report any personal information or test results to your health insurance provider or other individuals or entities without your consent. Your personal information is protected under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
